Not all moles are the same, and knowing how to check them is essential.

ABCDE rule to monitor moles:

  • A = Asymmetry
  • B = Border irregularities
  • C = Color variation
  • D = Diameter > 6mm
  • E = Evolution over time

☀️ Sun safety basics:

  • Use SPF 30–50 every day, even indoors or in the city.
  • Avoid direct sun between 11am and 4pm.
  • Wear hats and sunglasses for extra protection.

👉 If you notice any changes, always consult a dermatologist.
